While Civilians operating in House space do enjoy some protection from local House police and military forces, Civilian ships are expected to defend themselves if attacked. The Civilian line of weaponry is limited to Lasers and Pulse weapons. The following tables include all Civilian-class weapons:


Laser weapons combine a high refire rate with decent damage output. Civilian weapons are usually less powerful than their military or criminally-manufactured counterparts of the same class, but compensate by draining less energy

Pulse weaponry is very effective at knocking down shields, but does little damage to ship hulls. The only other faction selling Pulse Weapons are the Corsairs. Civilian pulse weapons use less energy than their corsair counterparts.
