The Monkeys are an easter-egg faction in Freelancer. They inhabit one planet, Primus, in the southern Unknown system. The Monkeys are not a faction in the true sense, as nowhere in the game does the player have the opportunity to earn a good or bad reputation with them (they have no space fleet and the planet has no available missions).
